Abstract
Novel flow control device, which functionality is based on piezoelectrical actuator and special membrane is proposed in this paper. The membrane is composed from two gratings. Rotating one of the control membrane plates with micro pores generates effects that are exploited for control of flow. Traveling wave piezoelectric actuator of rotary type is studied experimentally in this paper.
