Abstract

In the paper the results of investigations of mechanical deformations and damping characteristics of flat elements with magnetosensitive material are presented. Normal and tangential parts of the resistance force, appearing at the impact of the external mechanical force both in periodical sinusoidal oscillations mode and at continuous shear in the damping element in the magnetic field are determined.
