Abstract
Principal schemes of actuators with smart links have been designed. Equations are presented for describing motion of a pneumatic actuator with viscous magnetorheological liquid and the vibration actuator with a smart link with shape memory. Amplitude-frequency characteristics of the vibration actuator and the pressure developed by the magnetorheological liquid vane have been determined. Application areas of the devices are proposed
